From clearing brush to the first sowing, volunteers were with us every step of the way. This group from Gulfstream, Florida, came to Nazareth in November of 1998, clearing land, restoring terraces and returning in the following spring to plant the first vineyard of the village. We hope to share with them the vintage wine from these grapes, crushed in a reconstructed ancient wine press.
